3. Is returned without original packaging and accessories

The process begin by a phone call to our customer care or send the mail at (firstname.lastname@example.org).
The Customer calls +91-7381025988 and confirms about the refund with our Customer Care.
The Customer packs the product neatly and labels it with the address provided by theCustomer Care.
If our reverse pickup service is not available on your address, we will ask you to dispatch the product. The courier charges will be reimbursed by us.
